Privacy notice

This notice describes the information handled by service.ocspaservice.com and its secure OC Spa Service booking experience when you view the site, book an appointment, or submit a callback request.
Information you provide
The booking experience may collect your name, phone number, email address, verified service address, equipment and installation details, the service or problem you describe, selected appointment time, and optional equipment photos. A separate callback form may collect a smaller set of contact and service-request details. We use this information to determine service fit, schedule and perform the appointment, prepare the technician, communicate with you, and support service operations.
Advertising and attribution information
The site may receive advertising parameters such as UTM values or advertising click identifiers in the page address. Optional advertising identifiers are retained with a service request only when the related measurement consent is granted. We may use this information to understand campaign performance and improve advertising.
Optional measurement and remarketing
Advertising and analytics storage are denied by default. If you choose “Allow measurement,” the approved repair landing pages may load Google measurement technology, Microsoft Advertising Universal Event Tracking (UET), and the Meta Pixel for analytics, advertising measurement, and remarketing audiences. These providers may receive the generic repair-page type and privacy-safe booking milestones such as booking start, availability shown, and confirmed appointment. These events do not include your name, phone number, email address, service address, precise location, equipment details, photos, card information, or problem description. Microsoft collects or receives data through UET to provide Microsoft Advertising as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. If you choose “Essential only,” those optional tags remain off. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the Privacy choices control; opening it immediately returns optional measurement to denied, revokes further Microsoft and Meta measurement, and removes their first-party advertising cookies that the site can access.
Google Ads account integration
OC Spa Service Ads Integration is an internal application used by the owner and authorized staff to review the company’s own Google Ads reporting, search terms, keyword-planning metrics, and existing account configuration. Google OAuth credentials are handled server-side, and the application does not collect or store the Google account password.
The Office integration remains read-only: it does not create or publish ads, change campaign budgets, or upload customer lists or audiences. When measurement is allowed, this public marketing site may send generic page, booking-stage, confirmed-appointment, callback-request, and call-measurement events to Google Ads. These events do not include contact information, address, equipment details, photos, card details, or the problem description. Authorized Google Ads information is used only for OC Spa Service’s own reporting and advertising and is not sold or used to manage advertising for another business.
Facebook and Instagram publishing
OC Spa Service may use Meta’s business tools to publish owner-approved business content to its Facebook Page and connected professional Instagram account. This publishing connection uses revocable server-side access tokens rather than storing a Facebook or Instagram password in the OC Spa Service application. Drafts, approvals, schedules, publishing results, and provider post identifiers may be retained for operational auditing. Customer contact, address, payment, private service, and account information is not used to create social posts.
Security and service-request controls
The callback form does not collect passwords, card information, or payment credentials and does not create an appointment. During direct booking, Stripe presents the secure card form and returns a payment-method reference to OC Spa Service; OC Spa Service does not receive or store the full card number or security code. The saved card confirms the appointment, but there is no deposit, booking fee, service authorization, or charge at booking. The approved amount is charged only after completed service. We use technical controls intended to limit spam and abuse; the server retains a one-way network fingerprint for short-term rate limiting rather than storing the raw network address in the booking or request record.
Sharing
We use service providers that support hosting, address verification and routing, private photo storage, scheduling, payment-method security and payment processing, business operations, and—when enabled with consent—advertising measurement. We do not sell card data, passwords, or customer-account access information.
Retention and choices
We retain service-request and attribution records as reasonably needed for business operations, security, recordkeeping, and legal obligations. You may ask about your information or request a correction or deletion, subject to applicable retention requirements.
