When a spa stops working, the fastest useful answer is usually a careful diagnosis. The $179 Service Call reserves a 90-minute visit to inspect the equipment, narrow down the fault, and explain what would be needed next.
The diagnostic visit only. Repair labor, replacement parts, return visits, and other services are priced separately and performed only after you approve them.

We diagnose problems such as:

Service is for above-ground hot tubs and swim spas. We do not service swimming pools or in-ground pool/spa systems.

Does the $179 include the repair?
No. It covers the 90-minute diagnostic Service Call. Repair labor, parts, additional services, and return visits are separate and require your approval.
Is the form a confirmed appointment?
No. It sends your request to the Office for review. We will contact you to confirm service fit, address details, and availability before an appointment is created.
Do you service pools?
No. This service is for above-ground hot tubs and swim spas, not swimming pools or in-ground pool/spa systems.
Will my card be charged when I submit?
No. This page does not ask for a card and does not collect payment. Payment arrangements occur only through the normal OC Spa Service process.
